She is survived by: her son Michael Scanlon (Clarissa); her grandchildren, Malachi Scanlon and Delilah Scanlon; and her brothers, Raymond Carey (Janet), Daniel Carey (Gail), Bernard Carey (Nancy) and Thomas Carey (Kathleen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
