She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert DeWitt and Alma Victoria Powell (Hiscock); her husband Lou Schiavone; and her siblings, Richard Powell, William Powell, Edwina Irwin, Pauline McKenna, Mary Herblet, Violet, Wayne Powell and Marjorie Powell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Luann Muntz (Terry) of Hillsborough, NC and Kim Schiavone of Houghton Lake; her grandchildren, Kristen Edwards (Brian) of Mebane, NC, Andrew Rudd (Danielle) of Hillsborough, NC and Shon Muntz (Tessa) of Charlotte, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Collin, Henry, Logan Edwards and Sebastian Rudd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
