He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamont Lawson and Harriett Lawson (Remington); his wife Nancy Kellogg; his grandson Joshua Leigh Thulin; and his siblings, Leslie Lawson, Leonard Lawson, Gary Lawson and Richard Lawson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Velie (Joshua) and Lynn Ellen Lawson; his grandchildren, Alex Thulin and Emma Velie; and his siblings, David Lawson (Kathy) and Joanne Wheatley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
