He was predeceased by: his father Louis Skiba; and his wife Sharon Whitney. He is survived by: his sons, Scott of Presque Isle and Keith (Lorena) of St. Johns Michigan; his sisters, Carol Skiba and Sylvia Owens of Alpena; and his stepdaughter Mercedes Lovett (Jay).
