She was predeceased by: her child Judean Bulchak (David); and her siblings, Richard Dziendziel (Barbara), Butch Dziendziel and Mary Jane Vaughn (late Walter). She is survived by: her husband Robert Lokuta; her child Russell Lokuta (Denise); her grandchildren, Lynn Keeton (Chris), Dalan Bulchak (Serina) and Autumn Bulchak; and her great grandchildren, Claire, Landry, Ava and Amara.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dolly's name to the Father Solanus Casey Center, a ministry of the Capuchin Friars of St. Bonaventure Monastery.
