He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shepard and Jeanette Hess; his stepfather Alvin Hess; and his niece Kathrynn Rost. He is survived by: his brother Wallace Rost (Jennifer) of Gatesville, TX.; and his nieces and nephews, Kassandra Rost, Connor Sweeney, Corey Rost, Camron Rost and Kaitlynn Rost.
