He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Hoig and Sarah Hoig (Rowe). He is survived by: his wife Joy Marie; his daughters, Dawn Cline (Warren), Virginia Phillips (Jimmy), Katrina Sullenger (Corey), April Grant (Kenneth), Joy Mastalinski (Steve) and Sarah Larsen; and his close friend Rochelle Shier. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; four sisters; one brother.
