She is survived by: her husband Ted Middleton; her children, Stacy Cox of Bay City, Joshua and Tiffani Smith of Bay City; her grandchildren, Derek of Mark, III, Taylor, Mackenzie, Cassidy, Josephine, McKenna, Jessalyn, Alexah, Jayden and Aubree; and her great grandchildren, Payton, Penelope and Andie-Kate.
