It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Ray Downey of Prescott, Michigan, born in Bailey Switch, Kentucky, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George Downey. He is survived by: his close friend Charlene Knight; his children, Alleyne Patrick (Ed), Kathleen Vanzandt (Ken) and Bill Downey; his sister Maureen Ryder; and his grandchildren, Mary Lynn and Kelly.
