He was predeceased by: his parents, Agie Thornsberry and Magdalene Thornsberry (Johnson); his wife Janice; and his siblings, Dean, Robert Thornsberry and Patricia Kubacki.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Kelsey, Karin Gibelyou and Jonathan Thornsberry; his grandchildren, Kevin Kelsey, Lacey Gibelyou and Leah Bielefeld (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Zoe Gibelyou, Addison Gibelyou and Jadah Bielefeld; and his brother Douglas Thornsberry.
