He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl C. Cady and Gertrude Cady (Whitaker); his wife Alberta Whitney; and his sons, Jeff, Kip (Ruth) and Colin Cady. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
