He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Carr and Malvina Carr (Soulliere); his grandson Ricky; and his brother William Nicholas. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Smith; his wife Sandy; his daughters, Bonnie Orban (Rick Kuznicki), Brenda Ludwiczak (Steve) and Barbara Mills (Donald); his grandchildren, Annia, Angel, Heather, Ashley, April, Scott, Jeremy and Craig; and his sisters, Patsy Shooks and Judy Geisler (Clem). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
