She is survived by: her children, Gordon Wozniak (Anita), Paulette Werth (Larry), Julie Forrest (James) and Gerard Wozniak (Donna); her grandchildren, Amy Jo Traylor (Seth), Bill Golder (Erica Aube), Cristy Curtis (John), Eric Wozniak (Breanne), Scott Wozniak (Sarah), Janelle Wozniak, Jeremy Werth (Lisa), Ashley Werth, Paul Werth (Jennifer), Nicole Malaney (Michael), Christopher Forrest (Kristy) and Sarah Griffore (Jake); her great grandchildren, Kiera, Amara, Cambree, Calee, Bailey, Chloe, Parker, Paisley, Priya, Payson, Sophia, Mya, Eva, Jacob, Rhianna, Jonah, Josephine, Willa, Stella, Weston, Zach, Louie, Emily, David, Tishia (Matt), Tanner, Cole, Ella and Holden; her great great grandchildren, Travis, Carter and Elora; and her siblings, Mary Jane Lamp, Lottie Couture (Patrick), Lorraine Gorton, Edward Roznowski (Susan), Marcia Woloszyk (LeRoy), Barbara Straughen and Anthony Roznowski, Jr. (Karen).
