He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Osmer and Marion Osmer; and his sister Nancy Hines. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandi Lethbridge (David) of Alpena, Deb Bowar of Alabama, Barb Chapman of Posen and Bob Osmer of Alpena. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 6 nephews.
Due to current COVID 19 restrictions, no services are planned at this time.
Don has asked that any memorial donations be made to Hospice of Michigan (fantastic care), and/or the Alpena Huron Humane Society.
