Perez (Simmons) of San Antonio, TX and Bryan D. Simmons (Susan Okasinski) of North Aurora, IL; her grandchildren, Madeline Simmons, Owen Simmons, Anna Perez, Alyssa Perez and Amelia Simmons; her sister Sylvia Colles (Bryan) of Charlotte, MI; and her nephews, Timothy and Matthew Colles.
