He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Maynard and Ruth Maynard (Patterson); his siblings, William Maynard and Marjorie Maynard Seelye; his parents-in-law, Homer and June Meyers; his brother Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Carroll and Norm Hilts.
He is survived by: his son Sean Maynard (Heather) of Portland; his wife Ellen Meyers of Lake Odessa; his son Scott Maynard (Carrie) of Portland; his grandsons, Cole, Sawyer Maynard, Drew and Nick Maynard; and his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Hilt, Bret Meyers (Susan), Eric Meyers and Bonnie Maynard Ferguson (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
