He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Smith (Dryer); his wife Mary Smith (Hoffman); his siblings, Jim Smith (Ann) and Debbie Garland (Bob); and his sister-in-law Stacy Onan (Mike Cannon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
