He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Hoppes and Sharon Hoppes; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Marian; his children, Jeremy Hoppes, Grant Hoppes (Nicole), Jim Hoppes (Cameron) and Catie Hoppes; his grandchildren, Bryce, Payton Hoppes, Brooklyn Hoppes, Philomena Mauren (Minnie) and Cameron; and his siblings, Toni Miller (Chuck), Craig Hoppes, Bonnie Rockey (Bob), Michelle Nurenburg (Dave), Kirk Hoppes (Michele), Vic Hoppes, Becky Hodge (Scott) and Kris Platte (Dan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
