Dianne Overweg Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020, at the age of 76, Dianne Overweg (Portland, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Russell and Margaret Jean Pikaart Munro; and her son Mannes Todd Overweg (Tanya). She is survived by: her spouse Mannes George Overweg (Monte); her children, Kathleen Dianne Van Dam (James) and Matthew Munro Overweg (Heather); her grandchildren, Mannes Rawlings Overweg (Luke), Jana McKenzie Overweg, Ella Hope Overweg, Stone Munro Overweg, Graceyn Newland, Josie Newland, Jayson Russell Van Dam, Sarah Dianne Van Dam, Emily Marie Van Dam, Ryann Locke Overweg, Maddux Marie Overweg, Gibson Locke Overweg, Ripken Mannes Overweg, Jacob Cooper and Nicholas Cooper; and her siblings, Lynne Munro Potgeter (Ron), Mary Munro Heyboer (Edwin) and Thomas Russell Munro (Brenda). She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of any flowers or expressions of love and affection, contributions may be made to the Portland Foundation for Public Education for monies distributed to those Portland High School students entering the field of nursing.
