He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Olender (Augst); his daughters, Alyson Scanlon (Shawn) and Elise Churchill (Zachary); his granddaughters, Ava, Alayna Scanlon, Shay and Gemma Churchill; his brothers, Steve Olender (Patti) and Mark Olender (Judy); his brother-in-law John Augst (Mary Ann); his aunt Mary Kidder (Don); and his friend Dr. Donald Overy (Elsie). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
