Violet Newcomb Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Newcomb of Portage, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Hojda and Noma Hojda (Bush); her husband Jack Newcomb; her granddaughter Emily Newcomb; and her sister Marie Jones.
She is survived by: her son Jon Newcomb (Sharon); her grandsons, Scott Newcomb (Maria) and Brent Newcomb (Erin); and her sister-in-law Beth Hoffman (Dick). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
