With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Timothy VanderMey of Portage, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Timothy left this world on October 9, 2024 at the age of 69, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward VanderMey and Helene VanderMey (Tanis). He is survived by: his siblings, Keith Vander Mey (Robin) and Amy Wallace (Jim); his children, Joseph, Katherine and David Vander Mey; and his grandchildren, Luna, Jacob, Levi, Jaxsen and Mariella. He is also survived by many stepchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 328 W Milham Ave, Portage, MI 49024.
