We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Scott Matthews III of Portage, Michigan, born in Allegan, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott and Irene Matthews, Jr. (Cheeks); his wife Linda Matthews (Farnum); his son Scott P. Matthews, IV; and his siblings, Mila Stoner, Betty Matthews, Geraldine Winegarten, Francis Shaw and Thomas Matthews.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Farran (Bill), Kathy Fraaza (Darrell) and Julia Doran (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jamal, Malik Farran, Kristin Covault (Matt), David Fraaza (Cammy), Kyle Fraaza (Kacie), Nicole Szczembara (Eric) and Sarah Gower (Josh); and his brother Michael Matthews. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Scott's memory may be directed to American Diabetes Association, or American Heart Association.
