She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ivory and Joyce Ivory (Murphy); her sons, Bryan Hayward and Kevin Hayward; and her husband Jon Hudeck.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeneen McMillen (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Jacob Hayward (Sarah), Zachary Hayward (Chandler), Adam McMillen and Rachel Fink (Jake); her great grandchild Olivia Fink; and her siblings, Kelly Mohney (Steve) and Michael Ivory (Cathleen). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
