She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughn Mowan and Mildred Mowan (Gay); and her brother Eugene Mowan. She is survived by: her children, Lewis Smith (Brandy), Karey Smith, Kimberly Hickman (Lawrence), Beth Lint and Kristen Golden (Andrew). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
