She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith and Shirley Hendricks (Double); her siblings, Randy Smith and Valerie Rose; and her niece Melissa Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Trina Ann Lance (Robert Koelling) and Candice Rene Hinshaw (David); her grandchildren, Jasmine of Kaitlyn and Trinity; and her brother William Lamphiear. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
