He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Welch and Geneieve Welch (Vallier); his grandchildren, Robert C. Welch III, Summer Flynn, Stephanie Angelo, Tonya Methner, Ashley Hernandez and Stevie Welch II; his wife Bonnie Lou Welch (Jenkins); and his children, Pamela Carpenter (Welch) and Steven Welch. He was also cherished by his beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren.
