Robert E. Bishop Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert E. Bishop of Portage, Michigan, born in Lima, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 8, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Bishop and Lenora K. Bishop (Kerr); his wife Mary Louise Bishop (Cira); his son-in-law Thomas Art; and his siblings, Terrin Bishop (Pat) and Marna Foxvog (Dennis).
He is survived by: his children, Robert E. Bishop, Jr. (Lenore) of Portage, MI, Christine "Chris" Joseph (Paul) of Lima, Cheryl Stimmel (Scott) of Lima and Laurie Art of Lima; his sister Sue Maurer (Wally) of Tulsa, OK; and his friend Roz Keller. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
