It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Nestell of Portage, Michigan, born in Cadillac, Michigan, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald George and Jeanett Annabelle Nestell (Oyler). He is survived by: his pet German Shepherds; his close friend Gus; his wife Donna Marie Nestell (Kakabeeke); and his daughters, Marcie Nestell and Carrie Nestell.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the SPCA of Southwest Michigan.
