We bid farewell to Richard Bowman (Portage, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 9, 2025 at the age of 77. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bowman (Aleksich) and Fred Bowman Sr.; and his nieces, Michelle Bowman and Kelly Moustakeas. He is survived by: his brothers, Fred Bowman Jr. (Anna) and John Bowman (Renee); his nieces and nephews, Jeff Bowman, Tracy Potter (Jim), Greg Bowman (Becky), Tammy Walczyk (Craig), Ashley Maher (Greg), Cody Bowman (Emily) and Zachary Bowman; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brianna Potter, Kari Goldberg (Josh), Tory Evans (Tyler), Katy Moustakeas, Max Walczyk, Strati Moustakeas, Taylor Bowman, Jake Walczyk, Grace Maher, Lucas Maher, Austin Bowman and Brooks Bowman; and also, Walter Evans and Otis Evans.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (1150 W Centre Ave, Portage, MI 49024). A Mass was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
