She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William LaBurn and Hilda LaBurn (Miller); her husband Richard "Rich" Harlow; her children, Rick Harlow (Elaine), Dana Burgess (Joel) and Brian Harlow; her grandchildren, Olivia, Daniel Harlow, Marlee Burgess, Kyra Burgess, Megan Burgess and Mary Kate Burgess; her siblings, Diane Stuckey (Frank) and Bill LaBurn (Sue); and her cousin Ginger Spaniolo (Chuck).
