It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie M Reist of Portage, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Willis and Ida Mae Willis (Jewell); her husband Robert J. Reist, Sr.; her siblings, Sam, Howard Willis and Frances Tice; and her grandson Ryan Reist.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Reist, Jr. of Omaha, NE, Ronald Reist (Lois) of Lawton, Dennis Reist (Mary Anne) of Kalamazoo, Craig Reist (Dottie Rabideau) of Indiana, Kevin Reist (Katherine) of Comstock and Karen Blaesser (Mark) of Kalamazoo. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
