He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Parks and Lola Parks (Benjamin); his daughter Angela Parks; and his brother-in-law Robert Richards. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Richards); his children, Jason Parks (Tracy) and Paula Parks-Wingo; his grandchildren, Mikeal, Jaydan, Lauryn, Oliver, Dylan, Alex and Kaitlyn; his siblings, Turk Parks (Cari) and Scott Parks (Jeannie); his siblings-in-law, Clara Miller (Dan) and Milton Richards; his friend Oliver Aldridge; and his pets, Happy and Sassy.
