She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyal Churchill and Gerry Churchill; and her husband Larry Smith. She is survived by: her children, Richard Smith (Elaine), Robert Smith (Marlene), Daniel Smith (Laura), Mark Smith (Cindy), Sandra Walters and Deborah Ostrander (Jay). She is also survived by grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
