Leo A. Kominek Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo A. Kominek (Portage, Michigan), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 18, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo A. Kominek and Sylvia Kominek (Klarkowski); his wife Anita Kominek; and his sister Sylvia Michalowski (Benedict). He is survived by: his children, Steve Kominek (Sandra) of Kalamazoo, Laura Valence (Alan) of Lawton, Mary Starr (Christopher) of Boise and Leo Kominek (Christine) of Kalamazoo; his grandchildren, Jason, Sarah, Noah (Katie), Jeremy, Olivia (Rob), Eric, Isabelle, Alex and Anneliese; and his great grandchildren, Brayden and Weston.
