He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Kardys and Maria Kardys. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Copenhafer; his children, Philip Kardys (Veronica) and Mandy Davis (Anthony); his granddaughters, Paisley and Paige; his great grandchild Alec; and his sister Sylvia Ford (Dale). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
