He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Christian) and Jeremy (Amie); his grandchildren, Kadence and Olivia Witteveen; his siblings-in-law, David VanderHam (Denny), Debra Munson and Drew VanderHam (Star); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Crystal, Lindsey, Casey, Jenna and Jordan.
The family kindly requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Activities Department at Medilodge of Portage in memory of Ken.
