The passing of Kathlene Helen Davis (Portage, Michigan), born in Richland, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Schudlich and Evelyn Schudlich; and her siblings, Fredrich and Marilynn. She is survived by: her children, Paul Landon Davis (Martha), Sarah Lynn Gombis and John Wilson Davis (Danielle); her grandchildren, Landon, Kierstin, Rachael, Ian, Jake, Madeline, Riley, Jana, Evan, Ethan and Matthew; her husband Gerald Lee Davis; and her brother John Schudlich (Peggy).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Berean Baptist Church (7813 S 12th St, Portage, MI 49024). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Portage South Cemetery (10401 S Westnedge Ave, Portage, MI 49002).
