She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Bice and Carrie Bice (Ward); her husband Dick (Dick); and her sister Carolyn Stokes (Bice). She is survived by: her children, Doug Petrick (Kim), John Petrick (Tracie), Jennifer Petrick and David Petrick (Laura); and her grandchildren, Alex (Cabel), Kyle, Paige, Leah, Ali, James, Jack and Carley. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and relatives.
