She was predeceased by: her parents, William Keast and Anna Keast; her husband Wayne Pountain; and her son Jon Pountain. She is survived by: her children, Deanna Shumaker (Mike) of Hudson, FL, Sandy Davis (Hugh) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Gary Pountain (Miriam) of Portage, MI, Mike Pountain of Portage, MI, Brenda Hill (David) of Richland, MI and Carla Davis (Brian) of Albuquerque, NM.; and her siblings, Jerry Keast of Washington, MI and Jerolyn Slayton of Cheyenne, WY.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
