He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy Cleveland (Kuntz); and his brother Troy. He is survived by: his father Carl Cleveland; his wife Sara (VanHouten); his daughters, Michelle and Shannon; and his brothers, Mark (Cindy) and Todd (Jodie). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
