Jean VonSprecken Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2022, at the age of 85, Jean VonSprecken of Portage, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean VonSprecken to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Swanson and Ethel Swanson; and her husband Pete VonSprecken. She is survived by: her children, Janna Hensley (Larry), Jeff VonSprecken (Chris) and Julie Havenaar; her brother Gary Swanson (Arlene); her brother-in-law John VonSprecken (Elizabeth); and her friend Jerry Brown (Marianne). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and a host of great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to either: Victory Trinity Lutheran Church or Westwood Neighborhood Food Pantry (Jean was passionate about this pantry when they needed help during the pandemic and has continued to donate).
