James Searles Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Searles of Portage, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on August 17, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Searles and Wanda Searles (Kristalyn). He is survived by: his wife Lynn A. Searles (Williams); his daughters, Karen Graham (Steve) and Valerie Johnson (Tim); his stepdaughters, Koni Sosinski and Kathi Hanna (Matt); his grandchildren, Greg Graham (Kristin), Kally Graham, Aaron Wooden, Lauren Orbeck, Brandi Potter (Ryan), Erik and Wil Hanna; and his brothers, Warren D. Searles (Charlotte) and Paul C. Searles (Dawn). He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
