He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl and Mary Joan Halcomb (Sexton); his son Mark Edward Halcomb; and his brother Kris Fritzche. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughter Michelle Harroff (Mark); his grandchildren, Haven Harroff, Hogan Harroff, Finley Harroff, Quincy Harroff and Paige Halcomb; and his siblings, Rod Halcomb (Ruth), Phillip Halcomb, David Halcomb (Loretta), Barbara Roberts (Tony), Robin Rhoades (Curtis), Pam Peterson, Karen Arrington, Tracy McCowen (Everett) and William Halcomb (Sandi). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
