He is survived by: his wife Ellie (Pasma); his sons, Mike Folkers and Ben Folkers (Heidi); his son-in-law Brian Nakken; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Big Nick, Hannah, Nate, Naomi, Bethany, Moriah, Little Nic, Jurien, Noah, Rebekah and Jackson; and his sister Nadine Mott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
