It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glen Simington (Portage, Michigan), born in Otsego, Michigan, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Simington and Hilda Simington (Emmons); and his siblings, Thomas Simington, Bonnie Harper and Joyce Stout.
He is survived by: his wife Kay J. Smith; his children, Laurie Boven and Greg Simington (Christine); his grandchildren, Libbie Simington, Steven Simington, John Michael Boven, Shawna, Brandi, Holly and Jeramie; his brother Robert Simington; his mother-in-law Gertrude Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Topoll (George) and Norm Smith (Val). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Berean Baptist Church or SPCA of Southwest Michigan.
