She was predeceased by: her parents, James Paull and Helen Paull (Bell); her husband Charles Ragland; her children, Ella Nora Ragland and Sidney M. Ragland; and her siblings, James Paull, Wilbur Paull, Jeanette Blackwell, Dorothy Starks and Zelma Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte Giscombe (Juan) of Mattawan; and her grandchildren, Nora Truman (Andrew), Stephen Giscombe (Kristina), Craig Ragland (Natalie), Darren Ragland (Teneil), Debra (Martin) of Washington, Erika Lee (Lionel), Monica Wilson (David), Stephanie Bender, Lucas Radech (Brooke) and Victoria Witt (Kenny). She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Saint Mary Catholic Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
