He was predeceased by: his parents, Russ Hayward and June Hayward (Psalmonds); and his brother Jerry Richter. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne F. Key; his daughters, Carrie Bradshaw (Rob), Kami Richter (Tom Hammond) and Kelli Frazier; and his siblings, Charles Richter, Russ Hayward (Angie), Diane Drobny, Pam Knapp and Anna Hayward. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
