She was predeceased by: her parents, Method Jerabek and Anna Baleja; her sisters, Ann Bren and Georgia Pinto; and her husband Charles Kleinhuizen Jr..
She is survived by: her brother Matthew Jerabek; her children, Christie Kleinhuizen, Charles Kleinhuizen III, Kurt Kleinhuizen (Donna) and Kip Kleinhuizen (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Andrew Conroy, Caitrin Conroy (Albert Smith), Joshua Kleinhuizen (Stephanie), Monica Cook (Kenneth), Charles Kleinhuizen IV (Jennifer), Whitney Kleinhuizen, Valerie Kleinhuizen and Marcel Kleinhuizen; and her great grandchildren, Ellie Kleinhuizen and Harrison Kleinhuizen.
