Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Doris Simmons of Portage, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 85, on July 28, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Kuiper and Mary Kuiper (Foote); her husband David Simmons; and her brother Jack. She is survived by: her children, Doug Simmons (Jennifer) of Schoolcraft and Deb Bailey (Ron) of Vicksburg; her grandchildren, Dustin Simmons (Anica), Stephanie Baugher (Dan) and Jamie Bailey; and her sisters, Nancy and Linda. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
